This project comprised the construction of a new home base building (Block J) to accommodate six general leaning spaces, two special programs, withdrawal area, and other associated spaces.
Modifications to Block K to accommodate the temporary housing of administration staff and equipment. Extension and refurbishment to the existing administration building (Block R).
