This new 62 bed residential aged care facility provides a modern single storey home for residents. The works provide new services for all associated buildings within the village including: administration services, commercial kitchens and laundry, chapel and activity building.

The facility includes a range of single storey buildings joined by link walkways. A feature of the design is the numerous courtyards and external landscaped areas.
