A major redevelopment of the student boarding and agricultural education facilities was delivered at Hurlstone Agricultural High School to enhance both the residential and practical learning environments. The redevelopment works included:

Student boarding facilities:

• Two new two storey boarding facilities for 180 boarders
• Building A – new staff accommodation units and new amenities

Farm hub facilities (15 structures):

• dairy, calf, beef, sheep, chicken, commodity sheds and pig sheds
• classroom buildings.
