Mathew jointly manages the company with his brother Daniel. He has worked in the business for over 20 years and works closely with the business development, estimating and construction teams.
Daniel Edwards

Bachelor of Construction Project Management (Honours), Master of Business in Accounting and Finance
Daniel jointly manages the company with Mathew. He focuses on overseeing the business operations including managing the company’s finances and assets.
Stephen Edwards

Stephen founded SEC in 1979. Stephen is a highly respected member of the construction industry. His company has delivered over 650 projects.
Jennifer Edwards
Director
Bachelor of Arts, Diploma of Education, Diploma Special Education
Jennifer co-founded SEC in 1979 with Stephen. She was instrumental in establishing the financial and administrative aspects of the company to support its growth.

Warwick leads our Estimating team, finding ways to solve our client’s project needs. With over 30 years of experience, Warwick enjoys engaging with clients to tailor cost-competitive and effective project delivery solutions.

Since joining SEC in 1999, David has overseen the delivery of all projects. David is respected for his ability to understand and deliver key objectives, manage major risks, and ensure value and build-ability on projects.

Daniel has been critical to the successful delivery of over 100 projects at SEC. With a positive approach to construction challenges, Daniel gets the best outcome from the project teams he manages.

Tony has over 20 years of large project, construction experience across all sectors. He has a passion for construction and a commitment to achieving successful project outcomes by ensuring his project teams are focused on delivering the best possible results.
Michael Neilson

Michael leads our design managers and consultants to develop designs from project development to construction documentation. He ensures compliance with building regulations, considers buildability and cost-effectiveness.
Corina Wang

Bachelor of Business & Certified Practicing Accountant
Corina is a detail-oriented specialist construction accountant who focuses on ensuring the financial health of SEC. She leads the accounts team and ensures that all of our financial obligations are achieved.

Paul is a hands-on leader who implements a practical approach to safety and environmental management. He ensures we create a ‘Safety First’ culture on our projects.
