Staged refurbishment to a 102 bed residential aged care facility via a design and construct contract.
This ‘half-life’ refurbishment modernised the facility and enabled the transition to a household model of resident-centred care.
SEC were involved from an early ECI phase, through design development, cost planning and into the construction.
