St Andrew’s Cathedral School

Stephen Edwards Constructions has delivered new fit-out and refurbishment works to a significant portion of the St Andrews Cathedral School. 

These works have been carried out in a carefully staged manner; spanning nine levels and two buildings, all while accommodating the school’s operating timetable and strategically utilising term breaks and holiday periods to minimise disruption. 

This long-term partnership, built over more than ten years, reflects our ability to work collaboratively and flexibly within live school environments, particularly within the unique challenges of a tight CBD location and heritage-sensitive settings.

The upgrade works have delivered:

• A range of classrooms including specialist classrooms such as Science labs and Music rooms
• School library
• School gym
• Exam rooms
• Administration areas
