Construction of a new state-of-the-art multi-purpose educational facility for the Sydney Boys and Sydney Girls High Schools.

The Governors Centre houses performing arts, music, debating and public speaking areas which include a 400 seat auditorium, a 210 student multi-purpose hall, back of house ticketing offices and amenities.

Further external works included linking the two schools to the centre.
