This Design and Construct project included the construction of new Block X building, and refurbishment to the existing administration building.

The Transport Trade Training Facility, Block X, is the largest automotive and heavy vehicle training hub in Sydney. The building has covered areas of over 4500m² including multiple state-of-the-art mechanical trade teaching facilities.
