Scope
A new major commercial redevelopment and heritage restoration project for Parramatta Leagues Club.
The commercial component includes two new low rise commercial tenancies yielding approx 4000m² of lettable space with 1500m² of undercroft parking. The structure consists of reinforced concrete frame with infill glazing / cladding.
The heritage works consists of alterations, additions and restoration of five existing cottages and former bakery originally constructed in the mid 1800’s.
