Scope
This Design and Construct contract comprises a major upgrade to the Matthew Pearce Public School.
The upgrade works include a new three storey classroom building, which will provide the school with new flexible modern classrooms and facilities for specialist support classes.
The works will also include the construction of a new school hall, incorporating an Out of School Hours Care facility.
