This project involved the staged redevelopment of the existing nursing home into a modern 80 bed facility catering for high care and low care dementia specific residents.

Stephen Edwards Constructions completed the work on a lump sum design and construct basis over three continuous stages. 

The residential design is based on single occupancy units (SOU’s) including ensuite facilities. The works upgraded the entire facility providing a new commercial kitchen and laundry facilities, dining and lounge areas.
