Scope
Stephen Edwards Constructions has completed the design and construction contract for the addition of two storeys to the existing multi-storey commuter car park at Warwick Farm Station, providing approximately 250 additional spaces.
This project is part of the NSW Government’s Commuter Car Park Program, providing more convenient access to public transport at key interchanges and helping to ease congestion on roads.
This project included:
- Adding two storeys to the existing multi-storey car park
- New and improved lift and stairs
- Additional accessible and motorcycle parking spaces
Solar panels on the rooftop level - Provision for future electric vehicle charging spaces
- CCTV, lighting and wayfinding signage for improved safety and security.
