Scope
This centre will provide specialised local care and support to people with chronic health conditions and complex needs in the southern Illawarra.
This Design and Construct project includes:
- Demolition of the existing structures on the Port Kembla Hospital site (Blocks D and E)
- Construction of a two storey freestanding building, with multi-functional clinic pods
- External car parking and landscaping
