The construction of a new Environmental Field Studies Centre facility, which is a remote campus for Trinity Grammar School in Woollamia. The Field Studies Centre includes a total of nine new buildings and significant external works.

The new facilities include a range of accommodation buildings and teaching spaces for the students and staff including:

• Four dorm room blocks for junior and senior students
• Amenities blocks
• Commercial kitchen, servery and cool room
• Teaching and multipurpose rooms
• Staff and administration areas
• Ring roads, car parking and fire trails
