Scope
The Greens at Gledswood Hills will become a landmark 40-hectare golf, dining and family entertainment destination.
Stephen Edwards Constructions is proud to be delivering a new community club building as part of this development. The club will include 1,200 dining seats, multiple bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and extensive outdoor recreation spaces. It also features a state-of-the-art, 56-bay driving range and a large car park.
The broader golfing development will also feature a 9-hole par-3 course and a 27-hole mini-golf course.
