Hunter and Vicars Centre

This five-storey building includes three floors of classrooms for Year 5 and Year 6, a dedicated STEM laboratory, a dance academy with multiple dance studios and a performance space, an early years school, an OSHC facility and a health and wellbeing centre. The building also has several outdoor play and learning spaces.

Key design features include an oval-shaped central atrium and staircase with a glazed skylight and multiple balconies, open-air courtyards and terraces. The façade is a mixture of brickwork including curving slip brick cladding, planter boxes, large feature windows, Vitradual and Equitone cladding and terracotta blades. This building achieved a 5-Star Green Star equivalent rating.
