Scope
This project involved the refurbishment of a vacant 850sqm two storey building to provide a state-of-the-art medical centre including:
- GP rooms
- Dentistry area
- Main treatment room
- New chemist
- Administration areas
The internal ground floor walls were constructed of rendered masonry to comply with Council flood regulations.
