Scope
This design and construct contract delivered a significant upgrade to the Matthew Pearce Public School.
Two new three storey classroom buildings were built, providing the school with new, modern classrooms including new specialist support classrooms.
In addition, a new school hall was built, which accommodates an outside of school hours care (OOSH) facility.
