Maitland TAFE

The Maitland TAFE Centre for Dry Wall and Associated Trades project comprised the construction of a showcase sustainable Trade Training Building.

The building provides accommodation for design studies, plaster and paint trades, sign writing, spray painting, sand blasting and computer routing along with lecture rooms and staff rooms.

It includes a highly technical array of cutting edge services including a blast room, spay booth, compressed air reticulation, dust extraction, solar heating and photo voltaic power collection, louvers and blinds all controlled by a BMS.

The project also included a new substation, fire booster assembly and construction of two car parks, the larger being 4000m².
