This project involves the construction of a 57 bed dementia-specific aged care facility at Wahroonga.

Built over four levels the works include:

• Lower Ground: car park, offices, nine resident rooms
• Ground Level: 18 resident rooms, balcony, kitchens
• Level 1: 18 resident rooms, balcony, kitchens, lounge
• Level 2: 12 resident rooms, balcony, kitchens, lounge

In addition works include refurbishment of the heritage cottage attached to the site, landscaping works and new substation.
