HammondCare Bond House

This design and construct project involves the construction of a new residential aged care facility catering for 90 residents who may suffer from dementia.  Two buildings will be built as part of the redevelopment project each with 45 bedrooms.  The buildings feature large, curved balconies and a concrete rooftop covered with planter boxes.  The buildings are linked by a subterranean tunnel which leads to back of house kitchen, laundry and waste facilities.

Adjacent spaces will be reconfigured to create dementia gardens for the residents.
