Scope
A new 750-space commuter car park at Emu Plains.
This project included:
- A new roundabout at the intersection of Old Bathurst Road and Smith Street
- A footbridge over Old Bathurst Road
- Rain gardens and a vegetated drainage channel
- Landscaping with native plant species
- Provision for future electric vehicle charging spaces
