Designed by Baker Kavanagh Architects this new multiuse learning facility includes general teaching spaces, art studios, library, gymnasium and a 211 seat performance theatre.

Bordered on three sides by the existing school buildings the project required an extensive excavation in sand to create the double storey height performance space.

The upper concrete levels of the building contain four general learning classrooms, art studios, library, and gymnasium.

The building links with the adjacent arts centre, library and science buildings via an open courtyard and outdoor learning space.
