Scope
This design and construct project delivered a new 68 bed residential aged care facility for the Vietnamese aged community.
This new three storey building is located in Smithfield and includes a salon, commercial kitchen, laundry and two levels of residential bedrooms and communal indoor and outdoor spaces.
