The Lidcombe DEC building is purpose built facility for the Department of Environment and Climate Change.

The facility has the following:

• Office & administration areas plus conference room
• Science laboritory areas
• Storage areas for hazardous materials

Architectural features of the building include louvre walls for ventilation of plant rooms, prefinished Alucobond wall cladding, rust-coated wall cladding and exposed precast wall panels.
